Silence is an endangered species in our world. How can we do the will of God without it? For it’s in the wilderness that Christ spent 40 days wandering. And it is in the wilderness–the wild and silent moments of our lives–that God speaks.
We can never know what God’s will is with absolute certainty, but we can be absolutely certain that it includes seeking and listening to the Spirit.
